Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or participating in any program or service offered by Erica Figures It Out.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ericafiguresitout.com or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. About Our Services
Erica Figures It Out offers personal coaching, digital courses, downloadable workbooks, and community programs under the “Season of You” framework. All services are provided for personal development purposes only and do not constitute licensed therapy, medical advice, or financial advice.
3. Purchases & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout. For payment plan options, charges will be made on the agreed schedule. Failure to complete a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and access to associated products or programs may be suspended until payment is resolved.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. For coaching programs: If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of a paid coaching engagement, please contact us at erica@ericafiguresitout.com and we will work with you to find a fair resolution. Workbooks, courses, and downloadable guides are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
5. Course & Program Access
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the applicable course or program materials. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated. Course content may be updated or revised at our discretion — updates to existing modules are included at no additional cost.
6. Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are scheduled via Calendly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be forfeited. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions missed due to coach illness or emergency. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical care, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including written materials, course videos, workbooks, frameworks, and the “Season of You” methodology — is the intellectual property of Erica Figures It Out. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without explicit written permission. Personal use of purchased materials is encouraged and intended.
8. Community Standards
Participants in any group program or community space (Slack, Discord, or otherwise) agree to engage with respect and good faith. Harassment, hate speech, or behavior that disrupts the experience of other members will result in immediate removal without refund.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Results depend on your individual effort, circumstances, and commitment. Testimonials shared on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erica Figures It Out shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in any program. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nashville, Tennessee.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes.
