Refund
Policy.
We want you to feel confident in your investment. This policy explains the refund and cancellation terms for our digital products, coaching programs, workshops, and Kaizen Intensives.
1. Digital Products & Self-Directed Courses
For self-directed digital products including The Season of You online course, downloadable workbooks, and printable resources: • Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. • If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us at erica@ericafiguresitout.com and we will resolve it or issue a refund. • Refund requests for technical issues must be made within 14 days of purchase.
2. Group Coaching Cohorts
If you need to cancel your cohort enrollment, the following schedule applies: • More than 3 weeks before the cohort start date: 10% cancellation fee; remainder refunded. • Less than 3 weeks before the start date: 15% cancellation fee; remainder refunded. • Less than 1 week before the start date: 25% cancellation fee; remainder refunded. • 48 hours or less before Day 1: No refund available. Once the cohort begins, no refunds are issued. If you need to step away after the cohort starts, you may defer your remaining sessions to the next cohort season. If a time slot does not meet the minimum enrollment of 5 participants, it may be canceled no later than 2 business days before the first session. All registrants in a canceled slot will receive a full refund and will be offered the option to move to another available time slot.
3. 1:1 Coaching & Kaizen Intensives
For 1:1 coaching packages and Kaizen Intensives: • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session: full refund minus a 5% processing fee. • Cancellations made 3–7 days before the session: 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session: no refund available. • Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 72 hours notice.
4. Workshops
For live workshop registrations: • Cancellations more than 7 days before the workshop: full refund minus a 5% processing fee. • Cancellations 3–7 days before: 50% refund. • Cancellations less than 72 hours before: no refund available. Because the digital Season Starter Workbook (a $47 value) is delivered to your inbox the moment you register, its cost is non-refundable. Any workshop refund will be reduced by the $47 workbook cost (i.e., refund minus $47). If the workshop is canceled by us for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop date.
5. Payment Plans
If you are on a payment plan and choose to cancel, you remain responsible for any payments already processed. Future scheduled payments will be canceled upon request. Refunds for already-processed payment plan installments follow the cancellation schedule above based on your original purchase date.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email erica@ericafiguresitout.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
